If you are a push up master or know every single type of push up that exists then you know what I'm going to be posting about. I will try to show most push ups but maybe not all. I will start tomorrow talking all about a normal, standard push up:

Protein Powder
Hey there internet...
"Get Fit Or Get Out" (Insanity's Slogan)Another strong point about Insanity is that you don't have to pay for any fancy or expensive equipment, but you do need to purchase their Results and Recovery Formula which is pretty much a protein powder made by Beachbody. Nothing special in it that any other protein powders don't have but I can assure you now that you WILL NOT ACHIEVE FULL RESULTS without any protein powder. You must give Insanity your all.
Now what I'm about to say is very important. A lot of people have been spreading a rumour over the internet that protein powder and other nutritional supplements are harmful for you and especially your kidneys. I will explain what all the fuss is about. The most popular protein is whey protein which comes from milk. When milk coagulates it looks like this:
It does look horrible. But this is nearly pure protein, a lot of curds are formed, amongst these you mostly find casein which is 80% of the the protein in milk (you can get casein protein powder as well), the other 20% is whey ,the liquid substance that you can see in the picture, this gets heated and mixed thoroughly until it becomes thick and non-see-through, white, then they heat until it evaporates and a curd/clumps are formed which they grind to form a powder which is 100% pure whey protein powder. Then companies add other stuff like vitamins and amino acids all of which are safe. But now we talk about the dangerous stuff: creatine sometimes called creatine monohydrate.
Creatine can kill if you misuse it!
Creatine is something that your body already produces which gives you bursts of energy or as some people like to call it a "buzz". But now you will be thinking "What the hell is this this guy talking about, at first he says creatine kills and then he says your body already produces it, I'm confused!" Don't worry I will explain everything. Our bodies produce a tiny amount. Some protein powders have a small amount but more than what our bodies produce but still safe.
Pure creatine powder as a workout supplement is not like taking a super-high dose of sleeping pills, it will not kill you that quickly but you will die a slow painful death.
How? I hear you say. Well creatine affects your testosterone levels. Testosterone is a male sexual hormone but females also have a tiny amount. As you can guess testosterone is linked with your testes. And as you should know your kidneys are linked to your bladder and you pee out of your... ...what I'm trying to say is that it's all linked up. But that doesn't mean that creatine is not dangerous for women, it is equally as dangerous.
If you're a grotesque monster bodybuilder who takes steroids, creatine and the strongest supplements that you can find then go ahead and continue because you must be alive if you're reading this. 1 in 10,000 people's bodies can handle this many...drugs.
The best supplements are whey protein. they're not even that expensive. You can easily buy them from eBay, Amazon or even your local pharmacist or bodybuilding shop. The protein powder that I use is E|M|P Charged Whey. It contains all of the essential vitamins and amino acids I need and a small amount of that strong stuff, creatine monohydrate.
Thanks for reading guys, if you have any questions or queries feel free to comment below!

My fitness journey
My fitness journey.
Sorry about not posting anything yesterday, I was a bit busy, anyway. I started off my journey by literally watching TV, the teleshopping that comes on late at night or on channels that don't air their programs a lot, there was a Beachbody ad, several actually, but the one that caught my eye was Insanity by Beachbody. A 60-day Total Body Conditioning program, in which when you buy it you receive a set of 10 DVDs or there was an online offer to get the Deluxe Package which had 12 DVDs which I got, and some other guides for your diet, safety and a calendar so you know which workout to do each day, you also get a personal online coach at Team Beachbody and 24/7 online support by them and Shaun T. himself. Shaun T. is the creator of Insanity and he is also the trainer who does all the workouts in the DVD. It costs £99.99 + P&P.
The moment I saw this ad I had to get it. Looking at the other millions of people who have been posting their results to Team Beachbody, it looked like the best thing in the world. I bought it and completed the 60 days and WOW my body transformed from being fat and having man boobs to a six pack and an armour-plated chest, with humongous biceps, all in 60 days!
